Despite their eventual success, international students often face unique challenges during their career development.

This week’s episode is all about how international students can thrive and overcome the challenges they are faced with. I discussed extensively with Temi Odesanya the strategies that helped her to acclimatize and thrive as an international student.

Temi has expertise in Analytics capabilities and technologies transformation services and delivers a range of analytics integration in maximizing clients’ resources to improve business performance and value proposition across several industries spanning financial services, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, manufacturing, and technology. Temi specializes in Business Intelligence (BI), Advanced Analytics, process automation.

Temi received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, a post-graduate degree in Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management Analytics, and a Master’s in Management- Business Analytics at the Ivey School of Business (Western University).
