75 | A Life of adventure par – Part 2

This is Part 2 of A Life of Adventure with Sorin Mihailovici. If you haven’t heard Part 1 yet, go back and listen to it. That is the episode right before this because you’d need that for context. Now let’s dive right into Part 2 of A Life of Adventure with Sorin Mihailovici.

“Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing.” ~Denis Waitley

This week’s episode is all about how immigrants can live an adventurous life. I discussed extensively with Sorin how he got appearances in major movies as an immigrant in Canada, the importance of hard work and patience, the benefits of keeping your end goal in sight, and much more.

Sorin is an entrepreneur who has been a TV producer, acted in movies and commercials, worked as a TV producer and created his own show, Travel by Dart. In every episode, he throws a dart at the world map and goes wherever it lands, no matter how hard, difficult or expensive it is.

Sorin is also the founder of the mega-popular Scam Detector, a platform that exposes the world’s most notorious scams in all industries.  Sorin has been featured on Forbes, ABC, BBC, CBS, FOX, Global, and CTV.

Last but not least, Sorin has created The Spark Experience project, which consists of once-in-a-lifetime trips around the world featuring 10 selected applicants who are taken to particular locations to check off bucket list items.

Sorin has moved to Canada as a refugee in 2001 and received a Top 40 Under 40 award by Avenue Magazine in 2013, as well as a nomination for Top 75 Immigrants in Canada (by RBC and Canadian Immigrant Magazine) in the same year.

This is one episode you should not miss and share with everyone you love.
