Lifelong learning has been a topic of conversation for some time, but it’s never been more important or relevant than today. The rate of change experienced in the workplace continues to accelerate. Uncertainty runs rampant. Artificial Intelligence looms large, causing many professionals to wonder what it means for them and their future. Life is also longer today, putting greater emphasis on lifelong learning.
This week’s episode is all about how we can achieve career success through lifelong learning. I discussed extensively with Clare how to have difficult conversations at work, the importance of mentorship, and much more.
