Farhana Mahbub, Director, Strategic Initiatives at RBC Capital Markets, is a delivery-oriented professional who is passionate about transformational change and developing world-class implementation capabilities. Prior to RBC, she worked at CIBC, Canada Life, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. In these roles, she led large-scale programs and change management in risk, regulatory compliance, and retail functions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and Masters in Business Administration from Ryerson University (Ted Rogers School of Management).
Farhana, who is passionate about philanthropic work and advancing women in leadership roles, gives back to the community by volunteering at Women in Leadership Foundation as Toronto Chapter Head and Aiza’s Teddybear Foundation as an Executive Director.
