Development and Deployment of reports (SAP BOBJ/PowerBI) from Dev, QA to PROD using Deployment Pipelines/Promotion management.  Develop data models using Power BI Desktop and create efficient queries using DAX and SQL.  Import data from various sources and transform it using Power Query.  Worked on SAP Technologies like CMC, BI Launch pad, AFO (Analysis for Office), WEBI, SAC (SAP analytics Cloud), UDT, IDT etc  Reduce the manual work by 70% by creating reports in Power BI. Earlier in this Power BI implementation, staff generated the reports in MS excel manually, which consumed a lot of time and was error-prone.  Create financial dashboards for CFO, which helped him to ease his decision-making on finances.  Created and disseminated employee training programs to cultivate team spirit, resulting in a 25% improvement in team communication.  Project delivery result: the customer was able to see all of his business insights with the defined reports/dashboards. Now they were able to make independent decisions as per departments separately, which was not the case earlier.
