· Support all SBM procurement needs such as service and hardware procurement processes · Establish and maintain an effective purchasing process, which decreased the procurement process by 2 minutes · Improve the review processes for vendor invoice settlements and follow-up contract agreements by creating a checklist that allows any employee to process the invoice · Create 20 purchase orders weekly of hardware and services procurement transactions in SAP ECC · Report and reflect required projects update to EPM as per PMO methodology to PM in a periodic manner

· Handle the planning horizon for raw materials procurement annual revenue value of CAD 4 billion · Work closely with the R&D department to review and gather the new material consumptions and requirements · Lead, implement, and gather business requirements for logistics and supply chain in SAP ECC · Plan and control the inventory related to animal feed customer contracts and sales forecast · Reduce the shortage of 80 raw materials by 85% through good strategy planning and stock management · Place 4 purchase requisitions weekly based on each material reorder point · Approve 3 non-budgeted sales requests weekly based on the stock-on-hand feasibility
