• Applied process modelling tools to document and aid in a better understanding of the current state of a process. Carried out Keep Remove Add Change (KRAC) analysis to identify core processes and revise or eliminate redundant processes contributing to waste. This resulted in creating better-optimized process flows and reducing the wastage of operational resources.• Created Use Cases to capture functional requirements and utilized elicitation techniques such as interviews, focus groups, and questionnaires to gather, verify and validate stakeholder requirements against business requirements. Thereby ensuring the captured project requirements were aligned with the business goals and created value for the organization.• Carried out solution assessment and validation, and created test cases to ensure that defects were promptly identified and communicated to relevant stakeholders. • Served as the project lead, implementing Agile project management methodology in actively procuring over $1.2million worth of operational spares from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).• Coordinated the project team in designing templates and utilized data visualization to effectively track over 2000+ line items from the Purchase Order execution stage through procurement till delivery of all line items. This assisted in troubleshooting any delayed item and ensured all requested operational spares were delivered on or before the proposed lead time.• Communicated with stakeholders to gather and validate project requirements and identify the severity and priority of requested line items to facilitate timely delivery of all production-sensitive spares to prevent any break in the production process. This also assisted in identifying and expediting all essential engineering spares needed for planned corrective maintenance.• Performed analysis of client’s production process to understand the current state and facilitate the development of innovative strategies for reducing the water content of produced crude oil. Drafted and reviewed Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) for the preferred dewatering package. This project successfully decreased the client’s Base Sediment & Water (BS&W) content to 0.5% of produced crude oil from an initial 40%.• Prepared relevant project documentation and created a naming model to effectively track document transmittal and change management.• Carried out project Hazard Operability (HAZOP) studies in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, including government regulatory organization, to assess project risk and current control measures.
