• Applied process modelling tools to document and aid in a better understanding of the current state of a process. Carried out Keep Remove Add Change (KRAC) analysis to identify core processes and revise or eliminate redundant processes contributing to waste. This resulted in creating better-optimized process flows and reducing the wastage of operational resources.• Created Use Cases to capture functional requirements and utilized elicitation techniques such as interviews, focus groups, and questionnaires to gather, verify and validate stakeholder requirements against business requirements. • Served as the project lead, implementing Agile project management methodology in actively procuring over $1.2million worth of operational spares from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).• Coordinated the project team in designing templates and utilized data visualization to effectively track over 2000+ line items from the Purchase Order execution stage through procurement till delivery of all line items.
