I have done Accounting all my life being in the Financial Sector and I believe given my expertise and experience I would be a great fit for this position. Given my excellent communication skills makes it much easier for me to communicate both verbally and interpersonally. I have attained my Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of the West Indies in Management Studies. I also possess 5 plus years in the Customer Service and Banking and Finance industry and winner Customer Service Excellence at my past organization. I have also developed the ability to leverage strong knowledge of banking centre processes and operations to provide subject-matter expertise on client experience campaigns. I have also mastered the art in identifying and implementing improvement recommendations on gaps and issues identified.

Being working in the Finance Industry for quite some time I have also developed the ability to manage my time in such a way that all my tasks get done a timely manner. I have also developed the ability to triage tasks, placing the ones that are more important first and the least important last. I have also developed the ability to think and analyze complex tasks in situations where necessary while keeping calm and in control of the situation.

I believe I would be a great asset to your organisation, being a young experienced professional I would be able to bring a different view to the organization to encourage Management to view the world through the younger generation’s eye. After all we are the leaders of tomorrow.
