Colleen Brissett

It is my desire to be a part of  organization that will value and utilize my skills, knowledge and experience to achieve its strategic objectives while providing me with the opportunity to learn new skills and improve my professional expertise.  I am an accomplished accounting generalist with over 10 years of experience.  My range of experience is inclusive of financial reporting and management, budgeting, analysis, internal controls and procedure writing, IFRS conformance, project management, inventory monitoring, human resource, procurement and administration.  I am also a trained ISO internal auditor and customer service excellence practitioner so I am highly adaptable and dedicated to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.  As a college instructor, my communication, leadership, mentorship and interpersonal skills are enhanced and challenged but what a joy it is to be able to impact minds and create the environment and opportunity for them to achieve their greatest potential.
